Webinars are fast becoming the most exciting and and sought-after training experience on the internet. Why read a boring online tutorial or travel to a hotel for a seminar when you can log in and connect from home? Webinar participants don't just watch your message, they engage in a dialogue with your presenters, asking questions online and taking polls with results presented in real-time. At AVANT we recognize the power of webinars to deliver your message in a personal but powerful way. We have recently invested both time and capital in outfitting our Orange County green-screen studio and facility with everything you need to run a successful webinar.

At AVANT we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the care and attention we give to every project. No where is this more evident than in our meticulous handling of voice over sessions. Recently we recorded voice-overs as part of an ongoing project for a children's educational DVD series. The producers wanted a variety of voices to be represented, male and female, old and young. How young you ask? Joining our regular voice-over talent pool was 9-year-old Olivia, performing her first-ever professional voice-over session.

Television History to DVD

Remember when there was no reality TV? Remember when television consisted of timeless stand up and sketches? Sid Caesar was a genius who took television to the next level in the late 1960's with his show "Caesar's Hour". Well, over 50 years later, Sid is now splashed on AVANT's monitors as we help prepare the PBS show that reunited the Caesar writing team to soon be released on DVD. Caesar's Hour was a live, hour-long American sketch comedy television program that aired on NBC from 1954 until 1957. The program starred, among others, Sid Caesar, Nanette Fabray, Carl Reiner, Howard Morris, Janet Blair and Milt Kamen. PBS brought this incredible team back together in 1996 for a special event at the Writers Guild Theater in Los Angeles, CA. The evening's events eventually broadcasted on PBS under the title "Caesar's Writers". Now, AVANT has the opportunity to be a part of the team to bring this historic production back to life by creating the DVD to master for duplication and worldwide sales. WOW!

Website Development to Harness Users

The Internet can be overwhelming...Facebook, Amazon, spam, viruses. Sometimes it can feel like a full-time job just managing all your different accounts. Yet, what if the web could be the driving force to help heal your personal life? No, we're not talking about some new dating website. We're talking about Cloud-Townsend Resources - our latest project to come through to our Orange County production facility with the task to build an entirely new web presence and platform. We don't just believe in websites. We believe in movements....especially when dealing with Cloud Townsend's target audience by providing resources to heal from a hurtful past to ensure a healthier future. A movement to help change lives. So, this just can't be a simple, 5 page website for NY Times bestselling authors who have sold nearly 5 million books. This has to be an entirely new platform with data-driven strategy, complete new branding, with over 4oo products and new conversions for digital downloads, along with a strategic navigation that creates a seamless tunnel to ensure success.

From Green Screen to Video Editing

Every week it seems like a new production is coming to our Orange County video production facilities to utilize the green screen studio. From indie bands, to non-profits, to babies....yes, you read that right, babies! This last week, we got to have the young cast of a new DVD series to help babies learn how to read. So, with about ten kids under the ages of two scattered throughout our offices we had our hands full. Place on the green screen floor, shoot with our high-definition camera, then transfer the footage to our Final Cut Pro system and immediately start piecing the scenes together. Video editing is one thing, video editing with green screen footage is another.
